Boar’s Head, a producer of high quality deli meats, cheeses and condiments, needed to expand and renovate an existing food production facility while remaining operational. A M King had limited time and access to complete the work, which included additional freezer, cooler and receiving space, along with new employee welfare facilities. The addition allowed Boar’s Head to improve its existing facility by improving raw intake operations. Boar’s Head also benefitted from increased efficiency and innovation including new drive-through dock operations allowing for greater thermal control in the new dock facility.
