The Keith Corporation (TKC) called upon long-time partner, A M King, to construct a medical office building shell in Oxford, NC with intent to lease to Duke Primary Care. In addition to building the shell facility, A M King repaired and developed site work and utility infrastructure for the building. Roadwork was completed to widen and upgrade a state highway in order to modify the state intersection from a 3-way to a 4-way traffic stop. The project schedule was fast track. Although seven days were lost due to weather delays, the team maintained the established schedule and delivered the project under budget.
